During one of the busiest seasons of my life, I found myself overwhelmed and quietly unraveling. I didn’t need more information. I needed someone consistent.
I found that in the most unexpected place — a stranger from Reddit, Josh, who agreed to exchange daily goals with me.
We texted each morning. We followed up each night. And something simple shifted everything.
Slow morning, strong coffee, Chaos and client calls. Bedtime cuddles with my adorable children + husband, and reading before bed.
Chasing toddlers, cheering on clients, making dinner, or front squatting.
Toxic hustle, mom-shame spirals, or dairy (my stomach said no a long time ago)
Strong drinks and black coffee, honest conversations, grace over perfection, and getting things done even in five-minute windows.
With over a decade of running my own photography business alongside coaching, I understand the pressure of building something meaningful while managing real life. I’ve navigated high-demand seasons, shifting priorities, and the tension between ambition and exhaustion.

In 2018, I formalized what had already changed my life and became a certified habit and accountability coach. Since then, I’ve worked with more than 100 clients, helping them move from scattered intention to steady follow-through.

I'm in a soft season right now, focused on living intentionally, and in real time I'm using the things I teach my clients every day and taking you along on the journey with me.
Some people begin there.
Others step into coaching first.

Photography- taking photos of everyone and everything when the light is PERFECT. It's a deep calling in me, to chase a sunset.

Nature! I love to sit in silence and listen to the sounds of nature to empty my head.
Alone Time- I can't lie. I'm a true introvert and I need my recharge time. Give me a good book, some sunshine, and time alone and I'll come back better than ever.
My Favorite Things
My kiddos silly antics and class clown behavior that they get from my husband. They are the light of my life.
Dairy free ice cream. Trust me, it's so much better since I first tried it in 2013.

I may not eat steak with my dad (much to his dismay) but I did get his love for a nice smooth mezcal.
