What if I’ve tried coaching before and it didn’t stick?

That’s common — and often not your fault. Most coaching offers inspiration without ongoing support. My Signature Coaching is different because we don’t stop at clarity. We build rhythms that fit your real life, and we recalibrate as life happens.

How much access do I really have to you?

You’ll have weekly 1:1 sessions, unlimited voice/text support Monday–Friday, and one SOS call each month for urgent “life just happened” moments. If something comes up on a weekend, you can send it through — and I’ll respond as soon as I’m back. You’re not left to figure things out alone between calls.

What happens after the 12 weeks are over?

Toward the end of our 12 weeks, we’ll decide what makes sense next. Some clients move into a lighter maintenance option, and some continue with deeper support a bit longer. Either way, you won’t be left guessing — we’ll make a plan for what’s sustainable.

What if I’m inconsistent or worried I won’t “do it right”?

You don’t need to be consistent to start, that’s what we build together. This space is judgment-free and designed to meet you exactly where you are. That's why I'm here, to help you figure out what "right" means for you! We’re building “keep going” skills — not perfection.
