Frequently Asked Questions

What if I’ve tried coaching before and it didn’t stick?

That’s actually very common and often not your fault. Most coaching offers reflection and inspiration, but not ongoing support. This container is different because we don’t stop at clarity. We answer questions together and then stay connected as you live them, adjusting when real life happens.

How much access do I really have to you?

You’ll have weekly 1:1 sessions, unlimited voice/text support Monday–Friday, and as-needed weekend chat for moments when you need grounding or clarity. You’re not left to figure things out alone between calls.

What happens after the 12 weeks are over?

Toward the end of our time together, we’ll talk about what kind of support makes sense next. Many clients choose to move into VIP Maintenance, which offers continued accountability and support without weekly calls, a select few choose to carry on in the intensive because they're not feeling ready to graduate yet.

What if I’m inconsistent or worried I won’t “do it right”?

You don’t need to be consistent to start, that’s what we build together. This space is judgment-free and designed to meet you exactly where you are. That's why I'm here, to help you figure out what "right" means for you!
